Con Edison (ConEd) and Datch are implementing Datch’s voice AI technology with ConEd’s field and planning teams. As a digital worker initiative, Datch is assisting the frontline workforce with knowledge retention and operational efficiency, through rapid and real-time conversational interactions. ConEd’s planners will be using Datch to capture work order requirements while in the field, with Datch integrating with their existing ERP system.
