Con Edison (ConEd) and Datch are implementing Datch’s voice AI technology with ConEd’s field and planning teams. As a digital worker initiative, Datch is assisting the frontline workforce with knowledge retention and operational efficiency, through rapid and real-time conversational interactions. ConEd’s planners will be using Datch to capture work order requirements while in the field, with Datch integrating with their existing ERP system.
“Our innovation and asset management teams are excited to test the Datch voice-based information entry application for making our field job planning process more efficient while also creating a richer system of record.”
Eric Davis, Interim Manager, Innovation Hub at Con Edison
“Datch is thrilled to be working with the team at ConEd. In-fieldwork planning is usually a tedious process, and planners typically struggle to transfer their walkthroughs efficiently and on-time. Datch is transforming the way that information is collected, structured and processed, and we’re excited to be helping ConEd with their digital worker journey!”
Mark Fosdike, CEO & Cofounder of Datch
