Datch has secured strategic investment from Boeing HorizonX. Datch’s advanced voice AI solution will be applied to the aerospace industry with applications across manufacturing, MRO, and airline maintenance.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Boeing HorizonX,” says Mark Fosdike, Datch’s founder and CEO. “Boeing and Datch share a common vision to improve operations and empower workers through enabling technology, so we’re looking forward to working together on new applications and leveraging the experience that Boeing has in the world of aerospace.”
“Having teams like Datch, with diverse and extremely multi-cultural backgrounds, is what makes this program so successful,” said Brian Schettler, Senior Managing Director of Boeing HorizonX Ventures. “We work to support their growth while benefiting from their unique and fresh perspectives. We look forward to the program and beyond as Datch refines their AI industry voice solution.”
In addition to the strategic investment, Datch announced earlier this year its entry into the aerospace market through a cooperation with Rolls Royce, GKN Aerospace, Boeing, and the Aerospace Technology Institute. Datch was among ten technology startups selected for the aerospace accelerator that included hundreds of potential aerospace suppliers across more than 40 countries.
